Well, this year is our third year to be animated and we are excited!  The show consists of more than 35,000 lights.  Most of which are controlled by our computer.   The lights are synchronized to music which is broadcast over a low frequency radio that you can listen to by tuning to 100.1 FM on your radio.    (Within viewing distance of the display)

We start planning and organizing in early summer.  Most of the work gets started in September starting with sequencing the lights to the music and then in October and into November we put up the lights.

We have so many reasons for doing such a big display.  Our primary reason though is to celebrate the birthday of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Obviously, the reason Christmas exists in the first place.  The other reason is because we love to make people smile!
